By clicking on the submit button below, I/we understand and agree to the following conditions as they apply to the application for an apartment. I/we give permission for credit, employment, rental history and criminal history checks to be obtained through Resident Data located at: Resident Data, 12770 Coit Road, Suite 1000, Dallas, Texas 75251, Phone number 1-800-487-3246.

An application fee of $32 per adult applicant must be paid to process this application. An approved application and substantial deposit will hold an apartment off the market until the anticipated move-in date. This amount may vary according to the property. I/we understand that the leasing agent will advise me of the actual security deposit amount. I/we understand that this date cannot be guaranteed.

I/we further understand that the entire reservation deposit amount can be applied to my Security Deposit when I/we move in. If I/we fail to sign a lease and take occupancy on the date specified above after the application has been accepted, I/we understand that the deposit will be applied to damages as specified in the Virginia Landlord/Tenant Act.

Should this application be disapproved, an administrative fee of $32 will be deducted from the initial deposit to cover the cost of processing.

I/we also understand that Lawson Realty Corporation serves as broker and represents the landlord in real estate transactions.

To process your application, we must receive a $32 application fee for each adult. Payment options are as follows: you may either send your check/money order or electronically pay the application fee. Please note, applications will not be processed until all application fees are received in our office.

Please note: Per availability, your Reservation Deposit will take a unit off the market to be held for you. If you choose to pay your Reservation Deposit via Paypal, you will be assessed a non-refundable fee to utilize this option upon move-in. The fee will vary according to the amount of your deposit (approximately 2% of your deposit). Please contact the leasing office prior to submitting the deposit to confirm the fee amount. This fee is in addition to the $32 application fee(s) and security deposit.
